3. Tissue Removal: Excess skin and breast tissue are removed, and the breast can be repositioned and reshaped.
4. Shape and Tightness Adjustment: The surgeon reshapes the breast tissue and skin to achieve a tighter appearance, using sutures.
5. Stitches and Scarring: Incisions are closed with stitches, and post-surgery scars may fade over time. Scars typically appear reddish in the post-operative period but gradually become paler.
